Ok, no one has answered this so I will go first. I have lost 5-7 pounds and a dress size! I'm sure it would be more if I was following the diet strictly. I plan to do so next week and will keep you guys informed.
Any advice on how to lose the most weight on this diet, please share. I need to loose 30 pounds but want to look toned and fit into a size 6 more than I care about the number on the scale.
