vitamin k2 is the regulator of calcium in the body. i strongly advise you to investagate this (and vitamin d) to stop a life of mouth pain and ill health. life extension has the only proper dose going i know of which is 10 mg/day.do not take k2 along with the dangerous drug Coumadin (the actual main ingredient in rat poison)
