Reason for continuous chelation with DMSA

Yes, I plan to take it non stop, or atleast until I experience some kind of detox crisis. It seems logical to me, that the very reason for taking it every 4 hrs, is to keep it moving, so it doesn't sit anywhere else, causing symptoms I'm not used to. After all, the protocol is based on this very principle that it doesn't build up in other places during elimination.

I did read an article about someone also who experienced worse side affects when they came off it every 3-4 days. I did read that when taking it with alpha lipoic acid, its important to come off it every 3-4 days, but I'm not taking alpha lipoic acid just yet. If you think different, or if anyone else who has read this appears concerned or shocked by it and knows why I shouldn't please let me know. I'd appreciate the advice.

As for the Adrenals I think the chinese medicine I'm taking appears to be doing a great job. Astragalus seems to be my wake up call. Plus, reading the book nutritional balancing, and andy cutlers hair mineral analysis book it appears that the sodium to potassium ratio is a cause of adrenal exhaustion, and mines ok, but sodium to magnesium ratio is very low and that indicates low adrenal reserves. I never did add much salt to my meals, so I'm now supplementing with a tad bit himalayn pink salt to build up my sodium levels.

I have looked into Lugols, but don't know where I can get it in the UK. Plus having researched detoxified iodine, this looks just as good if not better. Ill soon see after a couple of months anyway.
