I think I know.

My dear Watson, your are able to hear out of your right ear better than out of your left ear. Because of this when you use your Cell Phone , you hold it to the right side of your face. Because you Mr. Watson do this and are on the phone for many minutes of the day, you are transferring the dirt, grime and bacteria from the Cell Phone to your poor face.

Clean your Cell Phone more often. Maybe that will work.
