Ongoing Acne on right side of face! Really annoying!

Hello People.

For a while now, i have had an Acne problem, probably ever since the beginning of high school, so I'd say, 8 years since ( i am 22). I have always wondered what was the cause of my breakouts and throughout the years I've been heavily misinformed to think that i always needed a topical treatment, which was not the case. I have found that a change in diet was the cause of Acne for me, which has benefited me a great deal to some extent. Sugar koolaid/sweets/soda were the major contributors to my breakouts and since I've cut back on those, my Acne breakouts have decreased. I used to get breakouts all over my face,i would clean my face and i would pop the pimples (whiteheads)all the time before i went to bed, then i would apply some masking clay over the areas to dry them up over night. Well, that was a while ago and i hardly have to do it as much as i used to, but when the break outs come again, i find myself using the clay to dry up the ugliness.

For the Past two years,ever since i changed my diet (avoiding soda and sweets) i still get acne pimples on the RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE, its so ugly and it annoys the crap out of me! I can't even remember when the last time my face was clear. The whole of my face is also riddled with blackheads, but better them than the white heads on the ride side of my face.Everyday, i drink lots of water and also I have been drinking juices instead of the sodas and koolaid-natural juices, like orange juice, grape juice, etc.. I try my best to drink a lot of water too, whenever i can. In fact, now to think of it, my face was clear throughout the week of April 7-April 14, then all of a sudden acne just started popping up again on the right side of my face (mainly the cheek area). So my question to y'all is, how can i stop this summoning of acne on the right side of my face? what are somethings that can be taken? is it a mineral imbalance or something? I don't get it, Please help. I wish for my right side to be just as baby clear as my left.
