I feel very fortunate to have a great boss as well. She and her husband have been very supportive. When other employees are busy trying to discredit me, they pat me on the back for doing a good job. I have one of those thankless jobs that when things are going good people wonder what the heck I do all day, but when thing are not working perfect, all hell breaks lose. It's a lot of pressure and I hate it when there are problems, but for the most part it's pretty boring.
