I have tried blending wheatgrass in water with a high powered Vitamix blender. The result was pretty awful. The wheatgrass didn't mesh with the water and trying to drink it was akin to trying to drink fish scales. It just got stuck in my mouth and throat. The particles were really not edible even after being broken down and blended.
