Small amounts are beneficial but I think if you want to start recovering that zest of life the larger amount are the go.
If I take too much then I can't sleep, and then loose stools cause me to become more mineral deficient, and that's no fun. I believe we're all different and just like most things, we all require different amounts of things.
I seemed to get to a saturation point, but my symptoms were relieved long before I reached this point.
I seem to have already got the zest for life back. I believe I can back off and do a maintenance dose now--or at least take less. I can always drink more later if I feel I need it. I think it's a good idea to experiment and determine what dose we feel best on.
