I couldn't get on with Dr Christopher's herbs at all. My colonics lady sold me some. It was called CO TONE (in UK). I couldn't get "regular" on it. I just swung from diarrhea to ....nothing.

Castor oil is such horrible stuff. Like drinking engine oil. I will do it as a last resort. Also I know it kills some parasites so is a good thing to do....but.... Again, with it I either have diarrhea or no result at all
