If you have candida - probiotics are BAD correct?

How many MG's of zinc and magnesium should I be taking? I am 5'10 and weigh about 170 lbs.

Also, does ANYBODY suffer from the following symptoms:

Underneath their toenail or fingernail, like when they pick them or get some stuff out from underneath, it smells HORRIBLE! I mean awful, anybody experience this and think they know what it means?

DOes anybody smell like popcorn when they sweat?
