Thank you for the advice.
However, because I am so sensitive, Lugol's doesn't agree with me and makes my stomach worse.
I looked into Lcarnotine but noticed it produces histamine (something I don't need since I am already so hyper reactive to everything).
I am allergic to Brewer's yeast.
I already take a liquid mineral/vit.
What is NAG?
Now what...?
