I have one filling but it's white so I'm not sure if that mercury? It used to be grey/black but I had it removed a few years ago as it had started to break.

I am looking into buying a distiller and a shower filter- what is the water cure?

I have a Vit B complex that has selenium and Iodine in it (amongst many other things). Iodine- 31mcg, selenium- 26mcg. Will this suffice?

I have an epsom salt bath with ACV at least one a week.

I have oregano oil but am unsure on how to use it. Any tips?
