I eat all beneficial or neutral foods for my type - O non. Ezekiel bread is beneficial. I do eat fruit - I enjoy it and I don't think it's wrong for me. I add coconut oil to foods, which helped me to be able to eat fruit.
I decided to add millet because I seemed to lose 5-10 pounds on ER4YT and wanted to add more carbs. If I eat millet with meat- that's not food combining but I used to do OK with millet and am hoping it'll be OK.
Dadamo says neutral foods will do no damage and beneficial foods will help repair the damage to the GI tract. :-)
