I have oregano oil and I may go back to using it. I also have Slippery Elm. They also say Stinging Nettles helps.
I also take Polyflora-O, a type O probiotic, and Larix (Larch Arabinogalactin) which is a prebiotic and recommended to people with GI dysbiosis.
I think the most important thing is that I'm avoiding type O Non avoids like cheeses, cow milk yogurt, oatmeal, corn, wheat bread, oranges, apples, and all the other foods I used to eat daily. :-)
