Re: Bentonite?

Sonne's brand is the one I used. It comes in liquid from. I found it did me almost no good whatsoever as it all it does it constipate and absorb minerals. In general it is mixed with water and psyllium. Psyllium is NOT a laxative. It is fiber which is designed to bulk up and sweep the intestines clean. Many on this board have found it invaluable when dealing with candida. The mechanical action of benotnite is that is supposedly absorbs toxins, but it also absorbs everything else in its path. Psyllium on the other hand sweeps the intestine clean and improves the transit time of matter which personally helped me more than anything else. I cannot imagine why you would object to psyllium or think that it is unhealthy. To get rid of candida the name of the game is really all about improving the health of your digestive tract and nothing works that better than fiber. Since I found that fiber shakes can be constipating though I choose now at this point in my treatment to instead eat giant salads everyday which in effect do the same thing.
