I have heard fo people having concerns taking Bentonite, due to aluminum or mercury that might be present. I have NEVER heard of anyone having reserves to psyllium. As Remi pointed out, it does not work as a laxative with candida for the simple reason that it adheres to candida thread and the latter being anchored into the intestinal walls the fiber will get stuck and might cause constipation until the candida thread gives up and lets go to get evavuated.
Bentonite acts as a glue, it scrapes the intestinal wall and if aluminum or mercury is present it is possible that it would get absorbed. But I would not worry with the Yerba Prima brand.
I have used the Yerba Prima
Bentonite brand and I would recommend it. You could use both. The powder you can also use in your bathtub to help liberate the toxins from the skin.
Mineral supplements, vitamin B and antifungals are the ONLY things you should keep doing all through the treatment... along with the diet. Otherwise it is wise to alternate, intestinal cleanses with
parasite cleanses, kidney cleanses and liver cleanses. It is also smart to start with the intestines. There is no point in doing any the other cleanses before the bowel cleanse. Or else the other cleanses are going to send extra scrap to your bowels which will not be able to deal with any extra toxicity.
So you are on the right track. Doing a good start. Remember to listen to your body. Now the
Bentonite feels right, so go for it. It shows you are doing the right thing.
