keeping lookout for protocol

It hasn't been a week yet, however "Can you hang on for a week or so, and check back on this forum, I'll have all the basic protocol ready for on a web site by then.

I wondered if you'd had any luck with this.
So far I have: made the lime water, stopped eating protein 4 hours before bed, made (as close as I can)the alkalizing drink about 2 times a day (don't have the kelp yet. will try to get it today). I'm trying to take time to stop and breath deeply.Trying to eat more fruits and veggies.
I actually felt worse yesterday,(no energy, sore throat) and have like a big hive on the back of my knee/leg. I haven't gotten any pH test strips I'm wondering how important/helpful they are,where to get them, and how to best use them, and I'm trying to read and understand the pH balancing, but my brain is still spongy. I never took chemistry, unfortunatly. Anyhow, I know there is a lot to do, just thought if it were in condensed version, maybe that would help other newbies too!
