Re: bone spurs in neck

I have a problem with my neck called "military neck" which needs chiropractic care on a regular basis. Every year I get an xray to see how things are coming along. The xray showed signs of bone spurs forming even though I had been going to the chiropractor for many years. (not blaming the chiro, just showing that it didn't help keep bone spurs away.)

About a year ago I started doing the Moreless Alkalizing protocols and at my next xray the bone spurs were gone. I am on no medications and nothing else had changed in my diet or lifestyle during that year.

I still have to see a chiropractor for the "military neck" problem but it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about bone spurs adding to the misery.

Learning to balance your pH and getting your body to use minerals correctly is very important.

Use the search engine on the Ask Moreless forum to find info on calcification or bone spurs to find the answers.
