bone spurs in neck

I have several large bone spurs in my neck, which cause numbness in not only my head but down my body even into my legs. They cause my hands to cramp up and also severe dizziness. The doctor says i need surgery, is there a natural cure for bone spurs in the neck? i've read about the ones for the heels, but not too much about the neck. Tweet
