I usally get the anxiety during the day and at night. I want to go see a therapist to see if talking about my "fears" but then im scared about them putting me on anti-anxiety meds. I might try the accupuncture, it sounds like it might work. I think i'll try anything right know, I'm so desperate! I'm fighting insomia and i dont think that helps me control my anxiety.
