Depression
Hi,
Depression fits into the same Box as being too Acidic and being Stressed and not being able to Relax and having Low blood sugars!
Not being Depressed is just the Opposite of these things!
In order for the body to be able to Relax, it must not be too Acidic!
This may mean that the body must be able to have enough Alkaline Minerals so that the body muscles may be able to relax!
In order to relax, the muscles must have enough Calcium and Magnesium and all of the other Alkaline Minerals!
But , Negative thinking is just like a Gusher oil well, it just keeps producing oil, whereas in the case of your body, the negative thinking just keeps adding Acids to your body, which then causes a shortage of Alkaline Minerals and then your whole body becomes too Acidic!
So, for Positive Healing, you must start to think Positive about yourself and others, or your body can not take in enough Alkaline Minerals to Neutralize the Acids being Created by Negative Thinking!
But, with Positive thinking, so as to "STOP" the rentless production of Acids in your body, and by eating foods which may Help supply your body with more Alkaline Minerals, then you may Help your body solve it's problems of Depression!
