Hi 52320,
In addition to Moreless' excellent answer, may I make a suggestion?
I have observed that a person who is depressed tends to "exhale" more than they "inhale". Check yourself while you're breathing and see if it isn't so. (Also, there's the The Big Sigh, etc...). if you have more air pressure going *out* than you have going *in*, you're exhausting your energy, and helping to acidify your body.
Your breathing drives your nervous system. This is not theory- It is a physical reality. If you change your breathing, your nervous system *will* respond accordingly within 2 or 3 minutes max.
The aforesaid breath-pressure imbalance creates a lack of Oxygen. A lack of Oxygen supports acidity in the body chemistry, which of course will affect the quality of your thoughts.
The term "acid wit" didn't come from idle thought.. Sarcasm and cynicism are both very efficient acidifiers.
If you increase your Oxygen intake, the quality of your thoughts can improve immediately.
Ways to increase your Oxygen intake:
1.) Foodgrade H2O2
2.) Ozonated water
3.) Breathing
So I encourage you to check the Curezone Oxygen Forum also.

Good Health to All of Us,

PS: Check your environment for fumes, gas heaters, chemicals, landfill fumes, etc- *Especially* wherever you sleep. L
PPS: Another consideration: If you use central air conditioning or heating systems, is it a closed circuit, or pulling new air in from outside? Needs to be pulling in from fresh air outside.
