Well I only did like one or two sessions before I noticed a difference. After 5-10, my entire life was different. Making "room" within myself to allow good in was what EFT did for me. My entire existence, literally almost ALL the energy I had left over after what I used to take care of my basic life needs, went to obsessing over my skin. I was in a constant state of distress. Very sad.
I went from suicidal to the happiest Ive ever been in my life in a matter of weeks. My skin didn't clear up then but it got much better after that. I still get zits, usually when Im accidentally exposed to gluten, but it's no big deal, its not the obsession that it was. And if I ever do feel obsessed, I simply do a few rounds of EFT and it takes care of that. It's on my to do list for this morning actually!
