Thanks very much for your advice vx - just to clarify though , i am not 100% raw veggies, i have been consuming veggies, fruit, seeds, nuts and oils, although i would say that 20% of the raw food is fruit - but not very sweet fruit as the info i have read about indicates that sugary fruits like melons, oranges etc should be avoided. I have apples mainly.
And i do not juice everything i listed - please don't mistake that! I juice alongside eating raw food. I personally believe that to be living on juices to contravene the laws of nature, leading me to wonder why we have a digestive system as complex as we do if we were meant to have all nutrition in liquid form. Like i say, that is a very personal opinion and i know there are those out there that prefer a more liquidy diet. I accept that, and i do and have felt the benefits of abstaining from bulk food and fasting on juices for extended periods.
I wouldn't know how to operate a microwave! I never have the SAD saturated toxins like aspartame,
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) etc...I really have developed such a sensitivity to toxins that i am only using personal products without chemicals, make-up is pure crushed minerals, clothing is breathable fabrics....i really am saturating my life with detoxing as much as i can and at the pace i am learning.
Could you explain to me why a majority raw fruit diet would be beneficial to me? I have read from so many sources that the candida diet is essential in refraining from sugary foods. Fruits - except avocado, tomato, cucumber, apple are mainly what i have been having in that food group.
The other vegetables are mainly leaf - spinach, rocket, kale, kohl, red cabbage, red onion, raw garlic and ginger. Capsicum, radish, brocolli and a little carrot raw too.
Raw beetroot i juice or eat grated.
OIl is raw, unfiltered cold pressed organic olive oil. Organic walnuts, cashews,almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed.Goji berries.Spirulina in juices.
Bananas bloat me like a balloon. I love them but try to resist.
That os my raw diet mainly. I throw in occassional other seasonal things but am at the stage i don't want to rock the bowels!
Thanks for the tip about coated probiotics - i will try to research a good brand as my current brand doesn't state whether it is coated or not.
Since being off probiotics for 2 days now my stomach is deflating. Seems they are fighting for prime position in my guts!
I have ordered a herbal
parasite cleanse - excited to do that again. It has been a while, when i did one before i didn't notice any effects whatsoever, that was also the common herbal clarke-type cleanse.
I look forward to doing a water cleanse this summer - i need to get stable abit more and wean up to that protocol. That is a cleanse i have not done and am very intrigued to try.
Thanks again vx for your suggestions - it really does help shed light onto this for me - i find when i need help the most i am useless at helping myself - especially when feeling very ill with symptoms - your time and energy writing has not been wasted - ill keep the forum posted on progress!
