I have AF - What treatment shall I start?

Hi,

I have recently found out that I have Adrenal Fatigue as I started taking treatment (ARMOUR - natural thyroid supplement) for Hypothyrodism, and my body could not take it so I had to stop.

Now I have to deal with Adreanl fatigue before I start even thinking of hypothyroidism - in fact i suspect I have HYPO as all my symptoms seem to match more the AF than HYPO, but they tend to go hand in hand don't they. Don't really know where to start. I have read a bit, and there seem to be a vast amount of information on how to treat it, and im confused. I would ideally like to start with natural approach such as homeopathy, liver flush,master cleanse, and supplements.

Can anybody suggest what I can do, before I start experimenting with stuff like Isocort, HC or natural glandulars such as Adrenal Builder and Adrenal Support. If you guys think I should start on these straight away before waisting time on supplements then please say so. I will take your advice into consideration.

My symptoms are;
dizziness
dull headaches
heavy periods
PMS
foggy brain
low mood/depression
dry itchy scalp/skin
digestive problems such as acid indigestion
constipation
low libido
cant loose any weight
low energy
feeling freezing cold all the time especially from the back
lower back pain
frequent UTI
frequent tonsilitis and colds
etc etc

I live in UK, and I find it difficult to find the products that you guys in america have, so any guidance of how to obtain supplements in UK would be very much appreciated.
