yes, as seattle tom said, get the test to see if you do have adrenal fatigue. your symptoms could be, but there are also other posiible explanations for them. It woould be ill advised to start taking isocort, without knowing whether you have high or low adrenal output. If you have too high an output, and take it, you could really exacerbate things, ie. become much worse. Until then however, if you're not doing these things, you can try simple but important steps -
drop all caffiene products - coffee, tea, cola
drop all
Sugar drinks, soda, etc.
drop all junk food, candy, ice cream,(sugar really can mess up adrenals)
drop all processed foods
add healthy homemade whole foods, vegetables, fruits etc
rest, get to sleep by 10 pm if possible, sleep 8 -9 hours. the best repair
time for the adrenals is between 11 pm and 1 am.
do moderate excercise, don't overdoit or push yourself, but do what feels
comfortable. get outside in the sun and air.
do yoga, meditation, breathing, etc., take vitamin c and b comlex
do what makse you happy and relaxed.
remember, you can get better.
all of these can help you no matter what you are dealing with, but the best thing you can do is no exactly you are dealing with. good luck and let us know how things are going.
