I started drinking down 2 crushed cloves/w Vit C as an LDL reduction treatment. One day, at work, in the break room, someone walked in and asked "do you smell that?" "It smells like garlic, in here" That's when I realized it was a problem. So at the very least I only take it after I get home and give it time to dissipate before I go to work. I think it also helps to do a workout and sweat it out and take a nice hot shower afterward.
