Mac123, I know how you feel, the fog will lift, I can remember I had a hard time driving 1/4 of a mile to pick up my son from school, I felt like I was in a box almost and I moved so slow. It does get better, I know that 2 weeks is a lifetime post mirena, however it will take some time for your body to be normal again. Good luck and keep us posted. Oh, I felt the fog lift probably 1-2 months post, I also had several other side effects too though so for you it may be quicker.
