Hi Laura, Thanks so much for your reply :) I have kept on with the sesame oil and havent had the itching since. However, I just finished a 2 day coconut oil fast (I only OPed on the first day) and OPed with sesame oil this morning. It was kind of weird because the oil became white but very thick and jelly-like; Almost phlegm like. Is this a normal reaction? THanks again!
