Yeah that makes sense! I will try the baking soda idea too.

I will probably do the teeth whitening thing anyway, and just be VERY careful to rinse it out and not swallow.

at first I actually felt a little stupid asking. I almost felt like I was asking a blonde question such as "Are there calories in spit???" Ha ha ha.

I figure as long as I'm fasting, focus on other physical aspects that are bothering me too. :)
