I heard somewhere that brushing your teeth with something as little as tooth paste can awake the first stages of digestion...

So teeth whitening.... I mean that stuff foams up like crazy! So I am going to assume it is off limits?

Just want to be safe here, and not torture myself on the fast. : -)
