I am not sure if you may have kidney problems or not but mentioned it in case it would help. I originally found the information about the left knee being a third kidney on this site or another curzone site a year ago. It is water retention and I think it is from toxins not getting out of the body. Mine also went to the right knee and then I went off Iodine and started drinking the salt water flush and it cleared up so I watch very closley now but I lost 10 pounds at that time and I guess mostly water. I also take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement -there is a site on Cure Zone. I just take it off an on and not all the time and with it I cured the bloating I use to get but it is a site to check out.
