Weird thing about enemas on liver ....

I bought a 3M stethoscope and begin listening to my liver/gb area during enemas. Almost every enema I did produces activity in that area, this includes Seasalt , urine and coffee (sawilson).

Typical liver/gb sounds are available after a meal, while a Seasalt enema is similar to this. However, coffee and fresh urine enemas produces very similar sounds. Of course, the chemical makeup and effects of coffee and fresh urine differs.

But I did notice the quick and efficient results on Acne while on urine enemas. Did a search on CZ archive and found some comparison between urine and coffee enemas (see below). Might be worth to explore further.

BTW, both coffee and urine enemas will require a few weeks to "kick in" the effects. I was just being greedy and wanted to save some time on both types of enema.

Funny that some fell asleep during a urine enema, while I was tense at times when doing coffee, couldn't retain for more than 5 minutes. Given a choice between Epsom Salts and urine, I would use urine to relax during the enema.
