Re: Healing takes time and patience

All I'm doing is applying the liquid melatonin 3-4 times a day followed by a little oil, and then a layer of burts bees. I don't know if the oil is even necessary but it's got alot of good stuff in it and it's very moisturizing.

As for supplements I'm taking that tumeric 3 times a day and also a multivitamin with my lunch. I really think the tumeric is helpful guys. It's good for heat and inflammation in the body.

The skin that is growing is so so thin and in some spots it's not even there at all. It's been a good many days now and trust me, my skin does not ever go that long without piling up. Never. Not only not piling up, but not growing, even now. I can stretch my lips as far as they can go and they feel great. They don't crack, there is nothing to crack. I can press em together and they feel soft and smooth!!! I love it!!! If it grew this slow and came off this easy and thin, I think I could deal with it indefinately, but I have a feeling that its going to normalize completely. Still keeping my fingers crossed.

Trust me, try it guys!!!

Martin
