Hi SOH,

That's one of the things I was wondering about, what and when to drink (and eat)the day before, of and after. There are so many different ways to do it. I guess I'm trying not to freak out and find the best way to go so I don't have problems.

I'm doing the Andreas Moritz method with Dr. Sutter's coke to wash down the OO (Olive-Oil) mixture, and I was planning on using grapefruit juice because in the Liver Flush Forum description it said lemon juice can make the OO (Olive-Oil) gel and get slimmy! Did that happen for you? Did you mix it?

I'm cleaning myself out today with herbal laxative and then what? I don't want to eat tomorrow morning before the liver cleanse and maybe then I don't need as much ES? I thought I'd just juice and take parasite cleanses ( Hulda Clark s method and coloidal silver)the day of the fast to kill the buggers right before expelling them so I don't feed the candida any more than necessary.

This is all so confusing, but I'm sure after doing it I'll say "what was I so worried about?"

It's so good to be able to talk about it in here because I don't have anyone here to talk about it with. I have some friends who want to hear about it when it's over but I think they're repulsed by the whole thing, as I was when I first heard about it 3 years ago. I didn't tell anyone I was in here. I had to make sure this was all legit. At first, I was sure it was just the OO (Olive-Oil) congealing with bile that formed the stones. Now, after viewing pictures of gallbladders with stones in them that look like the ones people are posting and reading tons of posts I think it's for real and it's what I need to get healthy.

I tried fighting Andreas with the "mind over matter" reasoning, and asked him to "heal me" but he said the body's separate and needs to be taken care of and cleansed regularly, on top of spiritual care and cleansing. He said a Shaman came to him to be physically healed.

I'm always looking for the easy way out. And, I'd rather learn everything I can so I don't have to suffer so severely in the past from all the mistakes I made out of ignorance. That's why I love the internet, this site... and YOU all!
