the problem here is that different people will have different ideas on which therapy is best.

i think the best thing to do is this - research thoroughly each protocol you think might help. then use your best judgment, utilizing logic, prayer, and intuition, and then choose a protocol to employ. once you have made a choice, then go for it. get serious about that protocol, employ it fully and completely. be sure to get your T cells and other markers checked so you can tell if its having an effect or not. give that protocol a real good chance at working. if you feel better and the tests show improvement, then keep on. if you dont feel better and the tests show no improvement then you might want to consider employing a different protocol. but dont stop and start and stop and start, be sure to give the protocol a real and genuine chance at working.

the point is that no one can really absolutely guarantee which protocol will work or not. you have to take responsibility and make a choice and move forward. you seem stuck and overwhelmed by choices and opinions. thats ok. but now its time to trust your own smarts and instincts, choose a path and resolve to go forward.
