The BEST treatment/cure for HIV/AIDS

I have been researching this topic for a while now and I am feeling like I am going around in circles and getting no where fast. So I want to know, which protocol is the best treatment for HIV/AIDS? Is it the colon, liver, blood, lymphatic and cell cleanses and then using Miracle Mineral Solution? Is it Doctor Hulda Clark 's or Richard Schultz's or Bob Beck's protocol? Is it the Indian production of Hoo-IMM Plus? Or is it Miracle Mineral Supplement by it's self? See how there are so many options to choose from? See how it is so hard to distinguish between what will be a good investment for your money and that will work? I want to know, what is the best, and does anyone know what actually cures this dreadful disease?
My fiance has HIV, and we are getting married next year. We want so badly to have children naturally. I understand there is Sperm Cleansing, but I don;t trust this method and IVF is just too expensive for us. Most of all though, I just want him to be well again and for us to be able to live a long, healthy life together.
