Re: First Liver Flush. A Success or Not

Hi,

Congratulations. Sounds like you had a pretty successful flush

The protocol says every two weeks. Some people with severe problems do it more often. I take longer. Even though the procedure is rather mild, it takes a while for my body to adjust. My pH levels drop, and I must hydrate.

I'm sure you did a Colon Cleanse first.

I mix grapefruit juice with the ES. I like the taste.

Make sure you drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. When you first start it seems like you're always in the bathroom. However, after a short period, (a week for me) your body adjusts. I add different things. Water can be very boring, but I also add things to help detox and support the kidney's. A 1/4 squeezed lemon in 32 oz of water, or a teaspoon of Sea/Himalayan Salt in 32 oz, or Vitamin C, etc. (not all at the same time). I mix to my tastes.

A salt water bath will help detox. I think Himalayan Salt works best, followed by Sea Salt , followed by ES. Put a cup in a bathtub, fill the tub with water as hot as you can tolerate, and then soak until it cools, or you look like a prune. Make sure you rinse off immediately in the shower. I don't know if this will work with hives, but it does help me with itching, and does help pull toxins from your skin. It's very relaxing, so you may want to try it before bed. I only do it when needed, which isn't often. There are some ramifications if you do it frequently (daily, weekly, etc.). I can't remember exactly, but believe it relates to dry skin.

Also try Oil Pulling/Swishing. There is an OP forum.

I have had severe seasonal allergies for years. I started OPing about six months ago. At this time of the year I'm so miserable it's unbelievable. My daughter is suffering right now, and we are usually in synch on the symptoms. Today I worked in the yard for 12 hours mowing grass, picking up limbs, and working on the tiller and mower. I had a headache after I came into my conditioned home, but that has passed. In the past, that long outside would have sent me to the hospital. I'll see. The Honeysuckle has not started yet, which is the kiss of death to me.

You might also try massaging a combination of Sunflower and Castor Oil. This was posted on the OP forum for an eczemza question. Not sure if will help, but I'm going to try it.

Hope this helps.
