The MC with sugar cane juice rocks. I like the taste muuuch better and even more if you use limes instead of lemons. Now be aware that you don't use it like the maple syrup and that the SCJ takes the place of the volume of water and syrup so in other words the MC drink made with SCJ becomes 10 oz SCJ+ 1 oz lemons + 1/10tsp cayenne.
I assume you live outside the US and you can get it fresh made as SCJ will not keep even overnight and even if refrigerated. You'll have to have each days batch made fresh and definitely keep it well refrigerated or it will spoil really quick and turn brown.
If you can't get it fresh daily you should use the Maple A. There is no such thing as any kind of "real" bottled SCJ.
