sugarcane juice instead of maple syrup

Hi everybody,
I am doing this cleanse for the first time, I will be starting on may 5th and post about it. I found this page, and it is great. I got a lot of information here.
My problem is that Where I live, I can not find maple syrup grade B, only organic grade A is available, or simply organic without specifying the grade. But fresh sugarcane juice is really easy to buy here. Is there any difference if I use raw sugarcane juice? has anybody tried the lemonade with sugarcane juice? any suggestion?
