Re: Update + info + questions
"Am i the only one experiencing the skin not overgrowing with this treatment? What exactly happened to your lips when you put on the liquid melatonin drops?"
Okay, I have used the Melatonin drops for two full days, today will be my third day. I had peeled my lips the day before I started using the drops. However, my skin is never completely raw, because as the outer layer is peeling, the layer underneath it is already beginning to die/peel. So I'm not sure how I could apply the drops effectively, unless I ripped off my skin and applied it... It's still too early to tell whether my skin has stopped overgrowing or not since my peeling cycle is around 4-5 days, but usually by this day they start to peel.
I noticed that I originally had a semi-loose piece of skin at the top middle of my lips, but it seemed to have merged with my lips. Not sure if that is good or bad, since it was dead skin... When I press my lips together I can still feel a slight bit of air in between the outer most layer and the lips. When the lips are in contact with water, they still turn white. So I'm pretty sure the top layer is dead.
