Just want to let you know that I use colloidal silver from Utopia Silver exclusively, not only on myself but also on all of my animals.

Let me put your mind at ease and let you know that colloidal silver from Utopia Silver is the finest there is.

I rescue dogs and have six dogs and one cat.  For me, going to the vet is out of the question.  I simply cannot afford it.  Colloidal silver from Utopia Silver has healed my dogs and cat from different maladies in a matter of days, going from sometimes sickly animals to complete health.   A vomiting cat is restored to complete health with colloidal silver.  What I do is put one teaspoon in all my animals water.  If sick, I increase it to one tablespoon.  They cannot overdose on colloidal silver.   I gave Rascal colloidal silver and also dabbed it on his wounds after he became involved in  major fight to prevent the sores from becoming absessed.  He was peeked (spelling?) for one day.  He rebounded quickly and his sores healed very quickly.

My worse case scenario was Jack.  I picked up Jack and Hillary from the middle of the road, in the middle of nowhere when thery were six weeks old and not quite weaned.  Hillary did very well but with Jack it was touch and go.  He wasn't eating well at all  and then he started losing his fur.  A neighbor came by to look at the puppies and noticed Jack.  He informed me that Jack wasn't going to make it.  He picked him up and said, "Look at him, and look how he is losing fur."  Well, I thought, "Not if I can help it," and started giving Jack colloidal silver.  This was six months ago.  Jack is a chubby robust happy, well fed puppy with a beautiful coat.  Because of Utopia Silver colloidal silver.  

And I take Utopia Silver colloidal silver daily and, if I do say so myself I am in the best of health and never get sick.  I will tell you that I did catch that dreadful flu this winter.  But I never went to the doctor and I got over it.  And........... I did not end up with pneumonia or a respiratory infection as I had so many times in the past when I didn't know about colloidal silver and sought the help of mainstream medicine.

You cannot get any better colloidal silver than from Utopia Silver.  I use it on every living thing I have and stand behind it 100%. 

I cannot see colloidal silver, especially from Utopia Silver elevating blood pressure.  At all.  To this I say there must be another reason.  And as for your cat's lethargy, what prompted you to want to give your kitty colloidal silver?  Was she ill?  In any case, I will state unequivocally that colloidal silver from Utopia Silver will not harm your cat or any other animal you have.  I will also state unequivocally that colloidal silver from Utopia Silver will not harm you either.  If something is going on, there are other causes. 

I have written this little dissertation to ease your mind.  You cannot buy finer colloidal silver anywhere.  And on this statement I will stake my reputation.  I have too many healthy and happy animals and it has done wonders for my own health.
