My cats like the silver in their water, too, but with my kitten, I put a little in her food, and she ate it. When she was starving herself, I was using an eyedropper to feed her some broth. I found that the easiest way to get her to open her mouth, was to stick the eyedropper into the side of her mouth, in the corner; they automatically drop their jaw when you do that.

I am using Natural Path/Silver Wings brand.
