Really going to miss you Steh. I loved reading your post which meant you stand out from the Candida Forum . I guess b/c you are young just like myselfs which makes me sad that your leaving. I really would like for you to give a second thought on leaving the forum. Just like Sansucre mentioned, this info isnt for you to suck in everything you read. Its just "key points" for YOU to research if you have the following symptoms. I do believe in your theory for mercury and from a recent post I wrote, I state that some have severe candida and some have less active candida. You dealing with Depression means you possibly have symstemic candida and of course lack of magnesium & b vitamins. So you have more than candida to look into.

I hope you overcome your candida and do check in every once in a while to say hi and give us your progress. Miss You!
