Hello Goldendrop, Have you considered taking unsulphered blackstrap molasses. I don't know why you are anemic, but lots of woman having heavy periods etc, find a tablespoon, say twice a day in warm water, can lessen flow, and help migraines and cramps etc, and also help with anemia. Do not take on the fast though. I don't know if you have heard about glyconutrients, which are expensive, well BSM and ACV (apple cider vinegar) taken daily, is a cheap substitute, that is supposed to work just as well.
