i have had problems but stopped them with a combo of real sauerkraut (unpastuerized with live bacteria) and the probiotic LB17. no other probiotic worked, only that one.
but i that the rice gel did also help, which is why your post interests me. i have taken the chia seeds before but only a few times. chia seeds are actually very good for you, they have lots of nutrients in them. so i think i will give this a try, thanks again.
