YOU are using zinc carnosine in addition to brewers yeast but brewers yeast is very rich in zinc. Other foods rather high in zinc are turkey, oysters and most seafood, lentils, peas, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cheddar cheese, cocoa, egg yolks, chicken, bran--like in rice, wheat germ etc.
Compare with oysters that are highest in zinc (6 medium cooked pieces contain 43.4 mg!
