I have some carnosine-zinc capsules. Their dosage is 17mg zinc and 58mg l-carnosine per 2 capsules. I wasn't sure protocol for taking this so I just took this amount once a day in the morning. Do you feel like this is enough or should I be taking it before every meal or something? As far as the brewer's yeast, I tried that ONCE. I'll never do that again while having even a hint of leaky gut! I react the same to sacchromyces bhoulardi stuff. A real bummer seeing as many people here are having success with this.
