And TWO: BUTTER AND VIRGIN COCONUT OIL BECOME LIQUID AT A TEMPERATURE WAY BELOW BODY TEMPERATURE. THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT SATURATED LIKE ORDINARY ANIMAL FAT IS WHEN EATEN.
