The thing is with diseases like Hep C and HIV they are very difficult to rid the body of the virus completely. As far as I understand Miracle-Mineral-Supplement kills the virus in the blood and thats why a lot of people with such diseases feel better very quickly but remain infected. So with such Viruses long term use is necessary, and possibly IV use to ensure that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement gets deeper. The reason you do not see many testamonials of poeple cured of Hep C as a result of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on this board is that MMS has only been publically available since summer 2007.
